NY. Date Unknown (late 1800's) Three Little Ones Placed in Good Families Yesterday Morning Yesterday three Little-babies, wards of the Children's Aid Society, were given good homes. Addie Robinson was adopted by Perley Dunn Aldrich, and the little one will here after be known as Margret Lamson Aldrich. A bright baby boy was adopted by James L. Briggs, and was given the name of Howard James Briggs. A handsome little boy, whose name was not given, went to the costody of a Mrs. McCormack. He will be known as Charles Francis McCormack. While these arrangements were being made, the office of Surrogate Benton presented an animated scene. A number of girls and women were attracted to the room by the sight of so many pretty babies and all kinds of sweet things and wishes of luck were whispered into their ears.
