The submittor has given permission to the USGenWeb Archives to store the file permanently for free access. ************************************************************************ To the Surrogate's Court of the County of Ontario: The Petition of Levi Coykendall and Bradford Hoppough of the towns of Canadice, Ontario County and West Henrietta, Monroe County respectively respectfully showeth That Sally Coykendall, late of the town of Canadice in or about the seventh day of May in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and seventy eight being at that time an inhabitant of the County of Ontario; that she died, leaving a last Will and Testament, which is now produced in the Surrogate's Court of the said County of Ontario, before the said Surrogate, which bears the second day of July in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and seventy and by which last Will and Testament the said deceased nominated and appointed Your petitioners Levi Coykendall and Bradford Hoppough the executors thereof; that the said deceased died possessed of real and personal estate in the said County of Ontario and that the following named persons are all the heirs-at-law and next of kin of the said deceased, and their respective places of residence are as follows, viz: Joel Coykendall, husband of said deceased, residing at Canadice, Ontario County, NY Levi Coykendall, you petitioner, a son of said deceased Leah Hoppough, a daughter of said deceased residing at Canadice, Ontario County, NY Hannah Windfield, a daughter, residing at Jackson, Jackson County, Michigan Rebecca Hartson, a daughter, residing at Canadice, Ontario County, NY Mary Ann Hoppough, a daughter residing at West Henrietta, Monroe County, NY Harvey B. Coykendall, a son, residing at Jackson, Jackson County, Michigan who are all of full age Your petitioners further show that they are desirous of having the said will admitted to probate, and of having letters testamentary granted thereon, and also of having the said Will proved and recorded according to law as a Will of real and personal estate; and therefore pray that the same may be so proved and recorded as aforesaid, and that all such process and proceedings may be had and taken thereon for that purpose, as are just and proper, and as the law may require.
