Firstly, I give and bequeath to my beloved wife Huldah Aldrich all of one third part of all my personal Estate and the improvement use and occupany of all of one third part of my real Estate desiring the whole contiuance of her natural life and all the afore said bequest and legacies I give to my aofresaid wife as a full satisifaction for and in lieu of her right of dower and power of thirds. Secondly, I give and bequeath to my son Amasa Aldrich all of one third part of all my personal estate not here in before disposed of to my wife and to be divided according to quality and quality. Thirdly, I give and bequeath unto my son Saville Aldrich the same share of my personal Estate and in the same manner and under the same restrictions as I have here in before given to my son Amasa Aldrich. Fourthly. I give to my two daughters Rhoda Knap and Lydia Sprague all the remainder of my personal Estate not herein before disposed of. Fifthly. I give and bequeath to my son Benajah Aldrich and to his heirs and assigns forever all one certain tract or parcell of land situate lying in and being in township number twelve in the third range of townships in the County and State aforesaid and is a part of lot number Eleven bounded as follows that is to say beginning on the East line of the afore said lot Fifty rods south from the north east corner thereeof thence south on the aforesaid East line one hundred rods thence west parcellel witht he north line of the aforesaid lot forty eight rods thence north parrallel with the East line aforesssaid one hundred rods to Aaron Shearmans south line thence East on said Aaron's south line to the place of Beginnings to contain thirty acres it being the same more or less which tract aforesaid is subject to the encumberance of my wife's thirds as aforesaid. Sixthly. I give and bequeath to my Daughter Dorcas Joy and to her heirs and assigns forever thirty acres of land which is a part of lot number Twenty in township number twelve in the fourth range of townships in the County of Monroe in the state aforesaid Bounded as follows that is beginning at a certain place which is one hundred and forty rods south from the northwest corner of the aforesaid lot thence west eighty rods thence north twenty rods thence twenty rods East eighty rods thence south forty rods thence west one hundred and sixty rods thence south twenty rods to the place of beginning and to contain thirty acres subject to the encumberance of my wife's thirds as aforesaid... Seventhly. I give and bequeath to my two sons Stephen Aldrich and Jesse Aldrich to their heirs and assigns forever all the remainder of my real estate to be equally divided between them according to its value subject to the encumberances of thirds aforesaid. Eightly, I hereby ordain consttitute and appoint my son Amasa Aldrich and my son in law Warren Joy sole Executors of this my last will and testatement which I hereby ratify and confirm and each and every part of the three pages of it and with gratitude to God for the favor of sound mind and memory, I hereunto set my hand and seal the day and year above written.
