That is to say, first, after all my lawful debts are paid and discharged I give and bequeath unto my son William G. Antis the sum of two thousands dollars, I also give and devise unto my said son, the said William G. Antis my shop and lot situate on the west side of Main street in the village of Canandaigua aforesaid which lot is bounded south by lands of William Antis, north by lands of Haskell Simmell and east by Main street together with the appurtenances to have and to hold the same unto the said William G. Antis his heirs and assigns forever. Second, I give and devise unto my wife, Mary Ann Antis, my homestead premises in which I now reside being my house and lot situate on the south side of Bristol Street in the village of Canandaigua aforesaid with the appurtenances to have and to hold the same unto the said Mary Ann Antis her heirs and assigns forever. I also give and bequeath unto my said wife, the said Mary Ann Antis, all the rest residue and remainder of my personal estate goods and chattels of every name and nature whatsoever which said devise and bequest, unto my said wife, shall be received by her in lieu of all dower or right of dower in my estate. Likewise, I make constitute and appoint my said wife, the said Mary Ann Antis, to be Executrix of this my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all former wills by me made. In witness whereof I have hereunto subscribed my name and affixed my seal the sixth day of August in the year one thousand eight hundred and fifty nine.
