I leave 1st. I give and bequeath to my youngest son that is living Harvey B. Coykendall my house and lot that he is a living on in Michigan his lifetime and when he dies then I bequeath it to his daughter Janey Coykendall to do with as she pleases. I leave 2nd and my bed that is in the Paleire bedroom and a quilt and the comfortable and the sheets and the straw tick and feather bed and bed sted and Pillow and bed cord I bequeath to Janey Coykendall, Harvey Coykendall's daughter. I leave 3rd I give and bequeath to Leah Hoppough my house and half acre of land situated in the town of Canadice to have and to hold the same forever after my death. I leave 3rd I give Rebecca Hartson my daughter and bequeath to her half acre of land south of the house that I give to Leah Hoppough situated in the town of Canadice to have and hold the same forever after my death. I want my colt sold and my cow that I bought of Charley Lewis and calf that Miss Carter give me I want them all sold and I want the money divided equally between Levi Coykendall my son and Hannah Windfield my daughter and Mary Ann Hoppough. I want the money divided and each share alike in the money. I bequeath to Levi Coykendall a ten dollar gold piece that I have in my trunk. I bequeath to Hannah Windfield my black French Poplin dress. The rest of my clothes I want to be divided equally with Leah Hoppough my daughter and Hannah Windfield my daughter and Rebecca Hartson my daughter and Mary Ann Hoppough my daughter therefore I want to have my clothes equally divided with them. Sally Coykendall [seal] Sally Coykendall to be her Last Will and Testament in the presence of us who at her request and in her presence and in the presence of each other have subscribed our names as witnesses Joshua Swan Canadice, Ontario County, New York Betsey Swan Canadice, Ontario County, New York Whereas I Sally Coykendall of the town of Canadice in the County of Ontario and state of New York have said my Last Will and Testament in writing bearing date the 2 of July AD 1870 in and by which I named two executors of the said will, now therefore I do by this my writing which I hereby declare to be a codicil to my said Last Will and Testament and to be taken as part thereof and announced thereto and made a part of the same to all intents and purposes by which I do hereby (?) and I appoint my son Levi Coykendall and son in law Bradford Hoppough to be the executors of my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all former wills by me (?).
