To my grand children, Almeron, Sarah, Newton Rogers $200, Two Hundred Dollars. To my son Henry Rogers $800 Eight Hundred Dollars. To my daughter Esther Reed $500 Five hundred Dollars. To my daughter Submit Brown $500 Five Hundred Dollars. To my sons Newton & Richard Rogers each $5, Five Dollars. Second, I give and bequest the use of all the rest residue and remainder of my personal estate goods and chattels of what nature or kindsoever to my wife Sally Rogers during her natural life and then to be divided equally between my natural heirs, and Lastly, I do hereby nominate and appoint my son Newton Rogers to be the Executor of this my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all former wills by me made. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this Tenth day of May in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and seventy. Reuel Rogers by Kelly W.
