All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm http://www.usgwarchives.net/ny/nyfiles.htm ************************************************ File contributed for use in USGenWeb Archives by: Lil Heselton http://www.genrecords.net/emailregistry/vols/00004.html#0000855 March 1, 2009, 4:20 pm Assigned To: Elizabeth Ester Fanny Little Written: January 8, 1762 To all people to whom these presents shall come or may in likewise concern Margaret Little widow of John Little Late of the precinct of Goshen in the County of Orange and province of Newyork insertion??? whereas the said Margaret Little Did by Certain Deed of Sale Bearing Even Date with these presents convey unto her son Solomon Little , his heirs and assigns for and in Consideration of the sum forty-five pounds Good and Lawful money of Newyork to be paid when he shall become twenty one years or by his Extrs or Admtrs in manner following that is to Say fifteen pounds of the Said Sum to be paid to Elizabeth Little, and fifteen pounds of the Said Sum to be paid to Fanny Little and fifteen pounds of the Said Sum to be paid to Esther Little all daughters of the Said Margaret Little. All that certain piece or parcel of meadow ground Situate Lying and being in the pattant of Wawayanda in the County of Orange within the province of Newyork and being part of the Lott or farm of Land Now in the possession of Archibal Little and Bounded as follows to wit: Beginning at a stake with stones about it Standing in the corner of aforementioned .?. (torn page) Line of the Lotts of the said Archibal Little and John Little deceased all from thence Running Northerly along a line of marked trees as the fence Now Stand to a stake standing on the corner of the said fence then Easterly along the said fence to a stake with stones about it standing on the Northeast corner of the Said fence then Southerly along the Said fence to a stake with stones about it standing on the South East corner of the Said fence and on the Line between the Lotts of the Said Archibal Little and John Little then running along the Said line to the place of Beginning. Containing Eight acres of meadow Ground which by the Said recited Deed being had made more fully and at Large approas? Now Know ye that the said Margaret Little in case the said Solomon Little or/on his admstrs at the time that he shall come to the age of twenty one years Shall Refuse to accept of the Said Recited Deed and refuse to the consideration money in manner as mentioned in the Said Recited Deed that then and in Such Case Doth by these presents (Page. 2) constitute authorize and Impower the within named Archibal Little his Executors or Admstrs to Sell Grant and Convey the Said piece or parcel of Meadow Ground ? mentioned in the Said recited Deed in fee simple for such price or sum of money as he or they shall think convenient and after the Sale thereof he the Said Archibal Little or his Ececutors or Admstrs to pay or consent to be paid one Equal third part of the Said Sum unto the said Elizabeth Little and one third part thereof to said Fanny Little and the other third part thereof to said Ester Little daughters of the said Margaret Little xxxxx and also for him the said Archival Little or his Executors or Admstrs in his or their names to Seal Execute and Deliver such Deed and Conveyances and Bargains and Sales for the absolute Sale & Disposal thereof with such Clauses Conveyances and agreements therin to be contained as he the he the said Archibal Little or his Ececutors or Admstrs shall think Fit and Expedient hereby Ratifying and Confirming all Such Deeds Bargains and Sales and other Conveyances which Shall at any time after the refusal of the Said Solomon Little or his Admstrs of the accepting of the said recited Deed on the conditions aforesaid to be Made Sealed Executed and Delivered by him the said Archibal Little or his Ececutors or Admstrs touching or concerning the premises.
