Together with all and singular the rights members and privileges to the same belonging or in anywise appertaining and the revision and the revisions the remainder and remainders, rents issues and profits thereof and all the estate right title interest property possession claim and demand both in Law and equity of the said party of the first part of in and to the same To Have And To Hold, the said pieces and tracts of land and premises within the appurtenances unto the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns to his and their only proper use benefit and behoof Forever in Witness where of the party of the first part hath unto set his hand and seal this day and year First above written sealed & delivered In presence Guy Smith ( SEAL) Andrew Dickson {_?__} of New York}on the 18th day of June 1825 came before me Cortland Co }The written named Guy Smith proven to me to Be the same person described in the written deed by Jedediah Robbin Who is personally known to me and being duly sworn Testifies that he is well acquainted with Guy Smith and knows him to be the same person who is described in this deed and the said Guy Smith acknowledged that he executed the same for the uses and purposes therin mentioned I allow the same to be Recorded.
