His share amounts to $1,500 while each of his six children get $100. In these panicky times with the prices of food stuffs soaring high, the bequest comes as a Godsend. Additional Comments: Unfortunately George Greatorex didnt have long to appreciate his good luck as he died on the 24th October 1910. The parents of George Greatorex ran a Public House (aka Bar) in Sheffield, England. They also ran a milk delivery service so they for the times accrued a small fortune. George shared the legacy with 2 other brothers both residents in England.
