Clark died on Thursday evening at Hartford, Conn., after an illness of several months of heart trouble, at the age of 70 years. Mrs. Clark was born at Howells, and spent the greater part of her life in that village, until the death of her husband, four years ago, when she came to this city and has since made her home with her daughter, Mrs. George B. Hewitt, 24 Grand avenue. Mrs. Clark was an earnest Christian woman, a member of St. Paul's M.E. Church, and is survived by three sons and two daughters: David P., of Goshen; Frank E. and Amos J., of this city; Mrs. D. Knapp, of Goshen, and Mrs. George B. Hewitt, of this city. The body will be brought to this city this afternoon, and the funeral services will be held on Monday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock at the home of her daughter. The interment will be in the family plot in the Wallkill Cemetery at Phillipsburgh.
