The son of Leslie Ackert and Grace Bonner, he was born August 13, 1937 in Kingston. He married Jacklyn Naccarato on July 19, 1958 in St. Mary's Church in Kingston. He was a loving and devoted husband, father, grandfather and friend who will be greatly missed by all. Survivors include his wife at home in New Paltz; two daughters, Kim Marie Walls of Wallkill, Christie Marie Burda of New Paltz; three sons James R. "Geri" Anderson, of Slate Hill, a former Rockette at Radio City Music Hall, died Thursday, August 18, 2005 at Orange Regional Medical Center, Arden Hill Campus in Goshen. She was 87. The daughter of the late John and Mary Murphy Williams, she was born on October 20, 1917 in Union City, N.J. Geri was a member of Holy Cross R.C. Church. She was a member and the first president of the Ridgebury PTA. She was a member of the Order of the Brown Scapular Mt. Carmel R.C. Church as well as having served as the first president of the Order of the Brown Scapular of Holy Cross R.C. Church. She was a member of the Slate Hill Pacers. She was the widow of George M. Lynch and Robert Anderson. She was predeceased by her sons, Richard G. Lynch and James K. Lynch. Survivors include her grandchildren Shane M. Lynch and his wife Tricia of Utica, N.Y. and Richard D. Bonetti, Anna Angell Anna Angell Bonetti passed away on Thursday, August 18, 2005 at Wingate of Dutchess, Fishkill. She was 83. Daughter of the late Mark S. and Anna McManus McKinstry, she was born on May 7, 1922 in the Bronx, N.Y. She was the widow of Walter P. Angell and Joseph C. Bonetti Sr. She was retired from Castle Point Veteran's Hospital and Veteran's Services in Goshen. The son of Charles and Lillian Gerstacker, V, he was born on September 27, 1922 in Providence, R.I. He was in the Army Air Corps, serving during WW II. Formerly of Floral Park, N.Y., Harold moved to New Paltz in 1950 where he married Catherine "Cathy" M. Petry on June 30, 1951. He was a member of St. Joseph's Church, New Paltz, and the Marakill Rod and Gun Club of Gardiner, N.Y. He was an avid hunter and outdoorsman, a former Town Councilman for the Town of Gardiner, and he helped out at the Jenkins and Luckens Apple Farm and stand for many years. Valentino, Richard Richard Valentino, a longtime resident of Warwick, N.Y. and recently a resident of Palm Coast, Fla., passed away at Florida Hospital, Flagler on August 8, 2005. The son of the late Salvatore and Jennie (Cecere) Valentino, he was born April 7, 1940 in New York, N.Y. Richard retired from the New York City Police Department after 20 years of service. Richard was also a veteran of the US Navy, serving on the USS Keppler. Richard was a member of the Italian American Club of Palm Coast. Richie loved to cook, listen to The Three Tenors and eat good food. He also enjoyed bowling and walking on the beach. Richard was a loving father and grandfather. He will be fondly remembered and greatly missed by family and friends. A family statement reads, "Richie was a person who enjoyed life. He relished in gathering with family and friends. He always wore a smile and was quick with a joke. His laughter was infectious. He was a faithful and boisterous fan of the Yankees and the Giants. He is survived by his wife Geraldine; his daughter Suzanne Jones and her husband Douglas of Sugar Loaf; four sons Michael Valentino of Newburgh, Jon Valentino and his wife Lauren of Chester, Gary Valentino of Warwick and Richard Valentino and his wife Danielle of Warwick; six grandchildren, Daniel Valentino, Hannah Jones, Skyler Valentino, Christopher Valentino, Isabella Valentino and Patricia Valentino; three brothers Joseph Valentino of Palm Coast, Fla., Robert Valentino of Dallas, Texas and Ronald Valentino of Las Vegas, Nev. Richard is also survived by four stepdaughters Gina Gsegnet of New Windsor, N.Y., Laurie Ruccatano of East Newark, N.J., Jennifer Decker and Patricia Reid both of Palm Coast, Fla., their husband and their children along with many nieces and nephews. Funeral services were held in Palm Coast, Fla. at Craig-Flagler Palms Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens. Family and friends are invited to a celebration of Richard's life which will be hosted by his children at Caf‚ Amore in Hewitt, N.J. on Sunday, August 21, at 12 noon. Donations in his memory may be made to the Wounded Warrior Project to assist injured soldiers.
