Bober, Kim Robin Kim Robin Bober, a former technical adviser for the SYDA Foundation in South Fallsburg and resident of the area, died as a result of a motor vehicle accident on Wednesday, August 24, 2005 at the Westchester Medical Center in Valhalla. She was 47. The daughter of Max Herman Bober and Dolores Roth, Kim was born in Greece on February 7, 1958. She is survived by her father Max Bober and his wife Gloria of West Virginia; her companion of more than 10 years, Albert Hudson; a brother George Schoen and his wife, Roseann of West Virginia; her sisters Jodi Kane & her husband Jim and Mirian and her husband Alan of Plainview, N.Y. Cable, Anne B. Anne B. (McAvoy) Cable, of Campbell Hall, formerly of Blauvelt, N.Y., passed away peacefully on August 23, 2005 with her loving family by her side. Anne was born December 8, 1926 in the Bronx to Joseph and Julia McAvoy and grew up in Congers, N.Y. She resided in Blauvelt with her husband John Cable Sr. of 50 years and her family. Anne worked most of her life in the food industry, going on to own her own restaurant, Joanne's Coffee Shop in Blauvelt. Anne is survived by her sons Joseph Cable and wife Denise, John Cable Jr. and wife Peggy, Christopher Cable and wife Ginny, Nestor Olang and wife Rona, Frank Pollizzi and wife Sarah, Bernard Hughes and wife Melissa, Kim and wife Pam; her daughters, Bernadette Corvino, Bridgett Tanner and husband Jesse, Patricia Brown and husband Jeff; 20 grandchildren; and great-granddaughter Madison. Anne is also survived by her loving brothers Frank McAvoy and wife MaryJane, Joseph McAvoy and wife Barbara and many nieces and nephews. Consacro Sr., Joseph Joseph Consacro Sr., the head of maintenance for the Cerebral Palsy Association in Rock Hill, died Wednesday, August 24, 2005 at the Catskill Regional Medical Center in Harris. He was 70. The son of the late Frank Consacro and Filippa DelAnno Consacro, he was born September 8, 1934 in Staten Island. He was a veteran of the Korean War serving in the United States Air Force and was a member of the Fins, Furs and Feathers Hunting Club in Smallwood. He is survived by his wife of 40 years: Amelia Vasquez Consacro; a son: Joseph Consacro Jr. & his wife Barbara; and his beloved granddaughter; Krysten Consacro, all of Rock Hill; a brother: Peter Consacro and his wife Donna of Nashville, TN; sister-in-law: Anna Grace Consacro of Lake Worth, FL; mother-in-law: Josephine Vasquez of Monticello; and numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives. He was predeceased by his two brothers Sal and Pat Consacro and two sisters Mary Cerrato and Antoinette DeLuca. She was 85. The daughter of the late Michael Francis and Veronica Kinney, she was born on March 11, 1920 in Bronx, N.Y. Muriel worked in retail sales and at one point in her lifetime she worked alongside Elizabeth Arden in an office in NYC. She married Orville H. Foeller, who predeceased her in 1972. Muriel was a devoted member of Grace Episcopal Church in Middletown, where she served as a member of the Altar Guild. She was also a volunteer for St. Margaret's Soup Kitchen at Grace Episcopal Church. Muriel was a founding member and president of the Widow and Widowers chapter in Orange County. She is survived by two sons, Michael Foeller of Middletown and Orville Pete Foeller of North Carolina. Muriel was predeceased by her husband, one brother and a sister and companion Ray Lounsbury. Keator of Walden, NY, a retired supervisor for Central Hudson, Poughkeepsie and a lifelong Walden resident died August 25, 2005 in Newburgh. He was 78. The son of the late Frederick J. Keator and Josephine O'Donnell Keator, he was born March 12, 1927 in Walden. He served in the Army during World War II. He was a member of Most Precious Blood Church, 50 year member Orange Hose Co. 1 Walden Fire Dept., member of the William Deakin-Joel H. Cook Post 158 American Legion and a member of the Fallsburg Fishing & Boating Club. Kuen of Narrowsburg, a dairy farmer and lifelong resident of the area, died Saturday, August 20, 2005 at Catskill Regional Medical Center, Harris. He was 68. The son of the late Leo V. and Emily Zimmerman Kuen, he was born March 6, 1937 in Narrowsburg. A family statement reads, "He was an excellent woodsman, hunter and fisherman and the greatest father that anyone could ask for. He will be greatly missed." He is survived by his significant other, Sandra Tyler; seven children, Leslie, Charles, Robert Jr., Howard, Margaret, Mary and Sandra; two brothers Howard and Leo Sr.; two sisters Leona Tyler and Louella Kastor; as well several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by two brothers Charles and John and by two sisters Pauline White and Florence Kuen. Dana was born on Dec. 20, 1963 in Port Jervis, NY the son of the late George W. Padgett and Dora (Boyd) Mills. Dana was employed as a truck driver for Koch Transportation in Minneapolis, MN. He held an Associate's Degree in Culinary Arts. Dana served in the Army. He was a member of the Lion's Club and the Knights of Columbus (3rd degree Knight). Dana enjoyed bowling,hunting, fishing, bingo and cooking. Survivors in addition to his mother, are his wife Rosemarie (Wilson) Padgett with whom he had been with for 15 years, his step father George Mills, Jr., a son Jonathon Padgett of Port Jervis, two brothers: George Padgett, Jr. and his wife Debbie and Irving Padgett and his wife Becky all of Port Jervis, a step brother Joe Perillo and his wife Annmarie of Danby, VT and a foster brother John Sheptock of Port Jervis, a sister Tammy Aber and her husband Randy also of Port Jervis along with several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. Reese, Michael Kenyon Michael Kenyon Reese, a lifelong area resident, died Monday, August 22, 2005. He was 23 years old. The son of Linda Reese and the late Richard K. Reese, Michael was born on March 26, 1982 in Yonkers, N.Y. Michael attended Minisink Valley Schools; was a member of the National Honor Society, and as a lover of football, played varsity football for Minisink, a highlight of his life. He also was an avid collector of speciality knives and participated in the Empire State Games on the rifle team, winning a bronze medal and went on to graduate as valedictorian of the Minisink Valley High School, Class of 2000. Michael then earned his Bachelor's Degree from Ithaca College, graduating in the top 10 percent of his class, and number one in the School of Business. A family statement reads: "Michael loved his family, but his special quality was being a most devoted, faithful and honest friend you could ever find. We will always remember him with love and respect for his special ways." Michael is survived by his mother, Linda at home; two brothers, Peter J. Reese of Montevalo, Ala., and Erich A. Reese of Middletown; one sister, Sarah E. Collier; maternal grandmother, Marie Cusimano of Middletown; one uncle, Tom Reese of Poughkeepsie, and his many close friends. Michael was predeceased by his father, Richard, and Sean - his two best friends in life. He was also predeceased by his sister, Nanette T. Reese.
