Formerly of Beacon, N.Y. George L. Herouart of Middletown, formerly of Beacon, N.Y., died July 8, 2005 at Middletown Park Manor. He was 87. He was born July 30, 1917 in Patterson, N.J. The widower of Cora D. Herouart, he is survived by his son-in-law, Jack B. Goodmen; ten grandchildren: Diana Wilson, Danny McMillan, Donna Gundermen, John McMillan Jr., Mary Aponte, Dorothy Mattingly, Sharon Cullens, Dell McMillan, Lisa McCullough, and James Goodmen; and many great and great-great-grandchildren. He was retired from Brandley's Die Works in Beacon, N.Y. Calling hours are Thursday July 14, 2005 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 noon at Libby Funeral Home, 55 Teller Ave., Beacon, N.Y. Itzkowitz, Harold Harold Itzkowitz of Monroe, passed away on July 10, 2005 at his home. He was 67. A devoted and loving husband, father and grandfather, Harold is survived by Evelyn, his wife of 45 years; his daughters, Lynn and Beth; daughter-in-law, Katherine Hill-Itzkowitz; sons-in-law, Paul Lessell and Mike Hamel; and his grandchildren: Gary Lessell, Adam Lessell, Victoria Hill-Itzkowitz, and Samantha Jade Hamel. Kirmeier, a longtime area resident and retired pharmacist, died Friday July 8, 2005 at his home in Middletown. He was 72 years old. The son of the late Isador and Charlotte Kirmeier, Floyd was born June 20, 1933 in Queens, N.Y. Floyd has been an area resident since 1980 and was a pharmacist with Orange Regional Medical Center, Horton Campus until his retirement in the early 90's, and was a former president of the NYS Pharmaceutical Association. Floyd is survived by two daughters, Iris Borrero and her husband, Robert, of Middletown, and Robin Kirmeier and her fianc‚, John, of Scotchtown; one sister, Sybil Brotman and her husband, Joe, of Paramus, N.J.; two grandchildren, Amanda and Justin Borrero of Middletown; and many nieces, nephews and cousins. Schade, Arthur Arthur Schade of Washingtonville, owner of Schade Roofing, died July 9, 2005 at the Bronx VA Hospital. He was 85. The son of Charles W. Schade and Mallie Sexton, he was born January 22, 1920 in Brooklyn, N.Y. Mr. Schade was a veteran of the U.S. Navy, serving during World War II. He was a member of VFW Post 8691. A loving father, grandfather and uncle, he is survived by three daughters: Nancy H. Presser and her husband, Steve, of Washingtonville; Linda M. Iovine and her husband, Jerry, of Monroe; and Joan E. O'Daly and Edward Hague, of Ramsey, N.J.; three grandchildren: Jennifer L. Feola, Lynsey M. and Declan J. O'Daly; nieces and nephews: Joel and Pat Cardillo, and Frieda, David and Walter Schade; and many grand-nieces and grand-nephews. He was the widower of Lottie Schade. He was also predeceased by three brothers: Charles, Vinny and Francis Schade; his sister, Marion Cardillo; and one grandson, Michael A. Published in the Times Herald-Record on 7/11/2005. Schultz, Gordon Gordon Schultz of Howells, passed peacefully at home surrounded by his family on July 10, 2005. He was 76 years old. He was born November 10, 1928 in Middletown, N.Y. to William and Mattie Fitch Schultz. Gordon was a retired supervisor for N.Y.S.D.O.T. and worked for D. Cain Stabler as an auto electrician and carburetor technician. He served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War with the 40th Division earning many medals including the Good Conduct Medal and the Korean Service Medal. Gordon was a member of the Otisville Sportsman's Club; V.F.W. 3175 in Greenville; and Korean War Veteran Chapter 202 of Orange County. He is survived by his beloved wife, Dolores Bennett Schultz, at home; loved children, Anna M. Wilke and her husband, Kenneth, of Homosassa, Fla., and Robert D. Schultz of Middletown; cherished grandchildren: Steven and Amber Stevenfield, and Ashley and Stephanie Wilke; sister, Virginia Hafner of McGraw, N.Y.; and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his brothers, Daniel W. and William A. Mrs. Small was born February 2, 1941 in Gardiner, N.Y., the daughter of William and Catherine Rhinehart Decker. She was a welfare officer for the Town of Plattekill for many years. Mrs. Small is survived by her brother, Leslie Decker of Gardiner; a step-daughter, Loretta Doolittle of Rosendale; and a step-son, Merrill Small of Louisville, Ky.
