She was 78. The daughter of Harold LaForge and Ruth Fergeson, she was born March 5, 1927 in Rifton, N.Y. She married Charles Anzalone on November 24, 1950. He survives at home. The daughter of the late Howard and Ella Jamison Collins, she was born January 31, 1922 in Newburgh. She was a member of Good Shepard Church, volunteer for Meals on Wheels and avid RV traveler and member of the Coachman Club. She was the widow of Arnold Esterbrook, who died January 21, 1993. Survivors include her loving brother, Howard Collins and wife, Ruth, of Newburgh; loving sister, Vivian DeGroat and husband, Harvey, of Newburgh; and several loving nieces and nephews. Kovach, Sister Jolenta Marie Sister Jolenta Marie Kovach, of Warwick, a Franciscan Sister of the Poor, entered into the Congregation on October 5, 1927 from St. John Nepomucene in Luzerene, Pa. She died Thursday, November 3, 2005 at Schervier Pavilion in Warwick. She was 95. The daughter of the late Michael T. and Susan Nestor Kovach, she was born Emily Dorothy Kovach on January 22, 1910 in Pringle, Pa. Sister Jolenta Marie pronounced her First Profession on May 9, 1931 and her Perpetual Profession on May 9, 1936. Sister was a 1950 graduate of St. John's University where she received her Baccalaureate in accounting with a minor in law. She then went on to study religions education at Fordham University. Sister Jolenta Marie retired from the Music ministry at Mt. Alverno Convent and St. Francis Convent. Survivors include her sister, Evelyn Palermo; her nieces, Judy Moltz, Joyce Natiello and Jane Valenti; nephew Joseph Palermo; as well as many grandnieces and grandnephews. Michael J. MacKinnon died on October 27, 2005, while proudly serving his country in Iraq. He was 30. Michael is the son of John W. MacKinnon of Helena, Mt., and the late Beverly Barker MacKinnon of Helena, Mt. Michael graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point in 1997. From there he completed Airborne School, Ranger School and Air Assault School. He was a platoon leader with the 82nd Airborne Division at Fort Bragg, N.C., where he was deployed to Haiti and Egypt. He was then stationed with the 3rd Infantry Division at Fort Stewart, Ga. Michael served in Operation Iraqi Freedom in 2003. He was called to duty again in January 2005 to serve in Iraq as Commander of Bravo Company 4-64. While there, he became Commander of Alpha Company 1-184 Infantry. He is survived by his loving wife, Bethany Mayers MacKinnon, formerly of Bloomingburg; daughter, Madison MacKinnon; son, Noah Michael MacKinnon; sisters: Diane Hulst and husband, Dennis, Laura Sullivan and husband, Michael, and Gail MacKinnon Meahl and husband, Carl, all of Helena, Mt.; as well as extended family in California, Ohio, Montana, Michigan and New York.
