Boddy Sr., 64, a retired maintenance supervisor for the Catskill Regional Medical Center in Harris, died Friday, Sept. 30, 2005 in Westchester Medical Center, Valhalla after losing his bout with cancer. Loving husband to his wife Patricia Boddy of 41 years; father to Richard Boddy Jr. of Syracuse, N.Y., Connie Lewis of Livingston Manor, N.Y.; father-in-law to Scott Lewis of Livingston Manor; grandfather to Casey Lewis and Gregory Lewis of Livingston Manor; brother to Larry Boddy of Maryland, Tom Boddy of Kentucky, Robert Boddy of Livingston Manor, Linda Fletcher, Kathy Wieduwilt of Florida; son to Esther Boddy of Florida; uncle to several nieces and nephews; and a friend to many. His father George Boddy predeceased him. He was a member of the Methol Hunting Club; and a past president and member of the Catskill Mountain Archery Club, Livingston Manor Fireman-Manor Hose, Liberty Elks Club #1545; a past member of the Livingston Manor Masonic Lodge, 6th District Ambulance Corps, Livingston Manor Ambulance Corps and the Little Ireland Hunting Club. He was a US veteran, serving in the Marine Corps. He was also an avid outdoorsman and sportsman. A Funeral Service will be held at 1:30 p.m., Monday at the Presbyterian Church in Livingston Manor. He was 35. The son of Arcadio Conde and Maria Esther Morales Chevalier, he was born on March 12, 1970 in Middletown. Decker, Patricia Ann Patricia Ann Decker, of Slate Hill, a retired driver for handicapped children in the Minisink School District, died Saturday, October 1, 2005 at the Valley View Center in Goshen. She was 70. The daughter of the late Ora and Virginia Dixon, she was born on April 15, 1935. She was the widow of Donald Decker. Survivors include her son, Randy Decker and wife Karen of Slate Hill; her granddaughters, Kimberly, Melissa and Jessica; her great-grandson, Samuel; brother James Dixon of Harrisburg, Pa. and Carol Crist of South Carolina; and several nieces and nephews. Edwards, a self-employed laundry owner in Liberty and lifetime area resident, passed away at home on Oct. 1, 2005. She was 79. The daughter of George McKeen Edwards and Alice Jane Hunt Edwards, she was born in Breezy Hill, Livingston Manor. She formerly worked at Liberty Steam Laundry until it closed and was a lifetime member of the Parksville United Methodist Church. A family statement reads, "Dory was a hard-working woman who loved life and loved her family." Survivors include two brothers, Virgil L. Edwards and wife Sandra of Grahamsville, N.Y. and John Edwards and wife Joan of Livingston Manor, N.Y.; two sisters, Alice Marie Edwards of Liberty, N.Y. and Bertha Blair of Vernal, Utah; 18 nieces and nephews; and several great-nieces and nephews. He was 62. The son of the late Harry and Theresa Tempio Pendergast, he was born June 4, 1943 in Buffalo. He was married to Lillian Rachel Strom Pendergast, who predeceased him on February 5, 1995. Survivors include one daughter, Carol Ann Pendergast of Newburgh; one sister Cynthia Pifher and husband Mark of West Falls, N.Y.; one granddaughter, Lillian Maria Padilla of Newburgh; and several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by one infant son, Gordon Charles Pendergast; one sister Sharon Baum; and one brother Joseph Pendergast. Kramer, Minnie Minnie Kramer, the retired owner of the Robin Hood Inn in Ellenville, died Friday, September 30, 2005 at the Middletown Park Manor in Middletown. She was 104. The daughter of the late Morris Rogow & Anne Meyerson Rogow, she was born December 2, 1900 in Bayonne, N.J. She was the widow of Samuel Kramer who predeceased her on March 31, 1998. She was a member of the Congregation Anshe Tzaydik, Ellenville. Survivors include her daughter: Phoebe Bowden Goldberg of Goshen; a brother: Abbe Rogow of Ellenville; a grandson: Jeffrey Bowden & his wife Jenny of Middletown; three great grandchildren: Daniel, Les & Leah Bowden; and several nieces & nephews. She was 73. The daughter of the late John Meyler and Anne Cowman Meyler, she was born December 7, 1931 in the Bronx. She was the widow of Eugene J. McGovern. She was a member of St. Anastasia Church in Harriman and past member of VFW Post 8858 Ladies Auxiliary, Harriman. Survivors include her son, John E. A family statement reads, "Richard was a very outgoing young man who had an unconditional love for his family and friends, tough and strong on the outside but very loving and compassionate on the inside that was him. He had a passion for cars especially his own red Z28 Camaro. Richard was a genuine friend who was always willing to do anything he could to help another person. He will never be forgotten due to the lasting impression he left on anyone who knew him that cannot be described in words." Trojan, Mary Mary Trojan of Tallman, N.Y., died September 29, 2005 at her home in Tallman. She was 100. Born in Millersville, Maryland on September 14, 1905 to John and Anna (King) Miller, she was a resident of Tallman since 1929. Mary was the widow of Fred Trojan who was the first Town of Ramapo Police Officer. Her son Fred Trojan and her sister Catherine Everson predeceased her. Mary is survived by a daughter Catherine Steffens and her son John (Dale) Trojan. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, Teress (Jeff) Mann, Fred (Sarah) Trojan III, Peter (Debra) Trojan, Robert Trojan, Mark (Radel) Tojan, Cindy (Michael) Kubala, Donna (Terry) Weisbrot, Susan Steffens, Marianne (Jeff) Williams, Carl (Tara) Trojan and Jennifer Trojan.
