She was born on October 20, 1902 in Brooklyn, N.Y., the daughter of Pietro and Philomena DiPaolo. She spent her early childhood in Lioni, Italy and returned to the United States at age 15. On April 23, 1923, she married Louis Antonelli of Brooklyn, N.Y. A few years later, she and her husband moved to New Windsor along with her sons. They purchased property which is now the corner of Windsor Highway and Union Avenue. New Windsor was still country. Helen worked very hard in helping her husband in building up their business and property along with raising her four sons. In the early 40s Antonelli's Fuel Service was established and is still in business and well-known. Helen dearly loved her family and will be greatly missed. They do have many happy memories to remember and reflect on. Helen was predeceased by her husband, Louis; two brothers, Anthony and Pasquale DiPaolo; sister, Philomena Caruso; two grandchildren, William Antonelli and Achille P. Antonelli, Jr. She is survived by her four sons and their wives Archie and Jean Antonelli of New Windsor, Joseph and Gloris Antonelli of Rockledge, Fla., Frank and Barbara Antonelli of New Windsor, John (Jack) and Joanne Antonelli of Palm Coast, Fla.; sister Maria Petrone of Newark, N.J.; 15 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; eight great-great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews. Bay, a lifelong resident of the area, died peacefully on September 25, 2005 at St. Lukes Cornwall Hospital, Newburgh Campus, surrounded by her loving family. She was 61, born on September 4, 1944 in Newburgh, N.Y. to the late Robert "Ricky" and Mary (Rodgers) Richardson. Merrily was the owner of American Equities, a mortgage company in Newburgh. She was the former owner of The Store in Salisbury Mills; the past President and Treasurer of the Salisbury Mills Fire Co. Ladies Auxiliary; Treasurer of the Bi-Centennial Committee of the Hamlet of Salisbury Mills; Team Mother for Washingtonville Little League and an original member of F.I.S.H. of Washingtonville. Blanchard, William "Bill" Formerly of Monticello, N.Y. William "Bill" Blanchard, 57, of Hershey, Pa., passed away Sunday, September 25, 2005, at his home. Born in Monticello on August 4, 1947, he was the son of the late Joseph C. and Catherine Agoratus Blanchard. Bill was a telemarketer, and a sales manager for the former Woolworth Stores, Inc., and had formerly worked for EDS, Camp Hill. He was a 1965 graduate of Monticello High School. He was a social member of the V.F.Q. Post# 3502 in Hershey, Pa. Bill is survived by his wife of 9 years, Deborah A. Yantz Blanchard, whom he married on June 15, 1996; two daughters, Cari L., wife of John R. Hummel of Cockeysville, Md., and Staci K. Valbrun of Delray Beach, Fla.; two step-daughters, Angela K., wife of Andrew Cummings, and Tina M. Heisey, both of Middletown; one step-son, Richard T. Boyce, Reverend Franklyn James Reverend Franklyn James Boyce, Pastor of Jesus Christ's Triumphant Church, passed peacefully Saturday, September 24, 2005. He was 89. He was born July 3, 1917 in in Burgaw, N.C. to Benjaim and Lillian Larkin Boyce. He served in the Navy during World War II. As a father figure to the entire community, he reached out with a loving, warm spirit, coupled with the strength of Joshua. His outstanding devotion to the Jesus Christ Triumphant ministry was phenomenal, empowering the youth: inspiring them to become all they were created to be, fulfilling their purpose for being. He leaves to cherish his memories his wife; his brother; two daughters; two sons; four grandsons; 10 great-grandchildren; a host of nieces and nephews, countless loved ones and friends. Decker, Violet Violet Decker, a longtime Delhi resident, died Monday, September 26, 2005 at Delaware County Countryside Care in Delhi, N.Y. She was 74 years old. The daughter of the late Frank and Nelly Jarvis, Violet was born on November 28, 1930 in Dover, N.J. A homemaker who raised nine children, Violet originally lived in the Ellenville-Wurtsboro area and in 1995 moved to Delhi. Violet is survived by five daughters Myra Conklin and her husband Russell of Sidney Center, N.Y., Linda Francois and her husband Jack of Ellenville, Noreen Szekley and her fianc‚ Ted of Chester, Ga., Barbara Bashlor and her husband Edward of Garden City, Ga. and Rebecca Decker; four sons Stanley Decker and his wife Patricia of Otisville, Arthur Decker Jr. and his wife Tina of Garden City, Ga., Wayne Decker and his wife Ellen of Sidney Center, N.Y. and Billy Decker and his wife Tina of Sidney Center, N.Y.; one brother and sister; and many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews. DelVillano, of Wallkill, a retired iron worker, entered into rest on Sunday, September 25, 2005 at Castle Point Veterans Hospital. He was 71. Son of the late Angelo and Margaret Manfredi DelVillano, he was born March 31, 1934 in Beacon. He was married to Mary DelVillano, who predeceased him in 1974. Jack proudly served his country in the United States Navy during the Korean War, where he received the National Defense Service Medal and the Navy Occupation Service Medal. He was a member of the Iron Workers Union and the American Legion. He is survived by sisters, Marcella, whom he resided with, Mary, Angela, Charlene, and Linda; and several nieces and nephews. Vernia had attended school in Orangeburg, S.C. and had been a member of the Jerusalem Baptist Church in Orangeburg, S.C. She enjoyed fishing, bingo and watching BET, Jeopardy and Wheel of Fortune. In a family statement, "She was loved by all of her friends and loving, doting family members. She will be missed for infinity."
