Furthermore, I will and Do give and bequeath into my two well-beloved sons, Isack Blawvelt and Abraham Blawvelt, their Heirs and Assigns forever, all That my Plantation where I now Do live upon on these presents with all its buildings orchards, and all other therein appurtenances there unto belonging or appertaining, and all that other lott number 5, lying and being on the Rears hills or mountains, my Said Two Sons paying, therefore, the sum of four hundred pounds current lawfull money of this Province, and that in manner here after Shall be Limited, Further, I will that my Said Two Sons, Isack and Abraham Blawvelt Shall deliver unto me yearly, and on every year the full and Equal Third part of all the produce of this my farm, of all what it shall aford, for and During my lifetime, I will further that after my Decease, my Said Two Sons shall deliver unto my Dear beloved wife, Grietie Blawvelt, the Just and Equall fourth part of all the produce of this my farm as aforesaid, as it shall aford yearly and on Every year for and durring her life time unmarried, but if it should happen that my Said beloved wife, Grietie Blawvelt, should compleat a Second marriage then in such a case my Said Two Sons, they shall be Discharged of Said yearly charge which was upon the land, of one hire, for, the same Item. I will further that after the Decease of my said beloved wife, Grietie Blawvelt, my Said beloved Son, Isack Blawvelt, Shall have and take to him my large housbible for his allowance for his birthright over and above his share or portion. Further, I will that after the Decease of my said beloved wife, Grietie Blawvelt, or her remarreing, all my whole moveable EState shall be truly and equally Divided between all my children, or their heirs, viz Isack, Jacob, Johannis, Abraham Blawvelt, Amarance, wife of John Haring, Marritie, wife of Tunnis Kuyper [Kooper?], Elizabeth, wife of Peter dupuy, and Grietje, wife of Tunnis Helling, without any preference, the one more than the other, I will further if they cannot agree to make all these share and portion equal, that then in such a case, they shall put it on a publick vandue among them and the price of such vandue shall be equally divided between all my children hereabove name or to their Heirs, Item I will further that all my children hereabove-named Shall Enter into a bond to Stand Jointly to Defend the land my sons have of me to Stand to bear all cost and charges equally against all lawfull claim or claims made by any person or persons whatsoever, but if any of my above named children or their heirs, shall Deny or Refuse to Sign such bond, Such That Shall Refuse or Deny to Sign Such bond, Shall not Share with the other of that money, out of my real estate, I Do further Ratifie and confirm them Two deeds and conveyances heretofore granted, the one to my well-beloved son, Jacob Blawvelt, for the sum of forty five pounds, and the other, to my well- beloved son, Johannis Blawvelt, for the sum of thirty-five pounds, the which they have given bonds for it further I will that after the Decease of my Said beloved, wife, Grietje Blawvelt, then two bonds, shall be delivered unto my Said Two Sons The one of 45 pounds to my son, Jacob, or to his Heirs, and the other of 35 pounds to my son, Johannis Blawvelt or to his Heirs to be part of their share and portion out of my Real Estate. I will further That after the decease of my Said Beloved wife Grietje Blawvelt, that all the buildings, as house, barn, and other buildings Shall be truly aprised by three imparcial men, of buildings that shall then be upon the plantation where I now do live upon, the which I have here above given and granted to my two sons, Isack and Abraham Blawvelt, my said Two Sons, Isack and Abraham, Deducting first their own cost and Expenses they have don on the buildings upon the said plantation to take out of the said aprisement aforesaid, and my Said Son Isack Blawvelt Shall have the Southerly half and equal half or [moiety] of all the land of my plantation, with all the buildings Thereupon and also the just and Equal half or [moiety] of that other lott -number 5 aforesaid, and my son, Abraham Blawvelt Shall have the Northerly Just and Equal half or [moiety] of all the land of my plantation with all the buildings Thereupon and also the Just and Equal half of That other lott number, 5 - aforesaid on the other Side, And then my Said Two Sons Shall Divide the Said Sum of four hundred pounds between them two, according to the Said aprisement, I will further that my Said Two Sons or their Heirs Shall Pay Together on the first year the Sum of five and twenty pounds that is each of them in proportion to the said aprisement, what the one is left, The more The other So, in proportion, to be in the payments The first payment must be paid on the end of one year after the Decease of my Said Beloved wife, Grietje Blawvelt, unto my youngest daughter, Grietje, wife of Tunnis Helling, the sum of five and twenty pounds, and so on ...... .... year the Sum of year the Sum of five and twenty pounds, That is to Say The Three Then next following payments Shall be Divided between [my] Three Daughters aforenamed or to their Heirs on Equal Shares and portions on Every the Said Three payments, and then on every year the Said payment of five and Twenty pounds Shall be Divided between my Said four Daughters, and my other Two Sons or their Heirs, until They Shall have each received the full sum of Fifty pounds out of the sum of four hundred Eighty pounds which Sum is of my Real Estate. And, then I will That my Said Two Sons, Isack and Abraham Blawvelt Shall also likewise Deduct and Take and hold out of the Said whole sum of 480 pounds aforesaid Each the Sum of Fifty pounds to be Equal to my other children above named, and then the Remaining payments to be on Every year, Equally Divided between all my above-named Eight children or their Heirs until the said sum of four hundred pounds Shall be fully paid so that [the] amount for each of my children [is] The sum of Sixty pounds Each provided if they Shall Sign, a bond to Defend The land as aforesaid, but if it Should happen That Some or any of my children or their Heirs Shall Deny or Refuse To Sign Such Bond, Then I will That Such Their share and portion of my Real Estate Shall Devolve and be Divided between all my other children on Equal parts between them.
