Mihalcik >mihalcik@hotmail.com< ************************************************************************ Will of John Brundage  In the name of God Amen I John Brundage of the Town of Minisink in the County of Orange and State of New York being weak in body but in sound memory (Blessed be God) do this eighteenth day of March in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred ninety five make and publish this my last Will and Testament in manner following that is to say, first I give to my son William Brundage one pound; also I give and bequeath to my daughter Elizabeth the sum of ten shillings, also I give to my son Gilbert Brundage the sum of sixteen shillings, I give to Reuben Brundage the sum of one pound likewise, I give to my daughter Peggy the sum of sixteen shillings and I give and bequeath unto my son Joseph Brundage the one half of my land and to my daughter Susannah I do give the sum of sixteen shillings, I give to my daughter Mary and my daughter Sarah and my beloved wife Martha my moveable estate to be divided equal likewise my wife to have use of one third of the place her lifetime and to my son Abijah Brundage I do give and devise the other half of the place and I make and ordain her my said wife, Joseph Brundage and William Lain sole executors of this my will in trust of the intents and purposes in this my will contained and I make my loving friends overseers of this my will to take care and see the same performed according to my true intent and meaning.  In witness whereof I the said John Brundage have to this my last Will and Testament set my hand and seal the day and year above written.  Signed, sealed and delivered by the said John Brundage as and for his last will and testament in the presence of us who are present at the signing and sealing thereof.
