Young deceased, (a copy whereof is hereunto annexed) was proved and is now approved and allowed of by us, and the said deceased having whilst he and at the time of his death goods chattels or credits within this State by means whereof the proving and registering the said will and the granting administration of all and singular the said goods chattels and credits and also the auditing allowing and final discharging the account thereof doth belong unto us. The administration of all and singular the goods chattels and credits of the fair deceased and any way concerning his will is granted unto Isaac Young and Jonathan Wood the Executors in the said will named they being first duly sworn and affirmed will and faithfully to administer the same, and to make and exhibit a true and perfect Inventory of all and singular the said goods chattels and credits and also to render a just and true account thereof when thereunto required. In Testimony whereof WE have caused the seal of office of our said Surrogate to be hereunto affixed, Witness Edward Ely Esq Surrogate of the said County at Goshen the tenth day of March in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and nineteen and of our Independence the forty third _ _ _ IN the name of God Amen, this fifteenth day of November in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and eighteen Thomas P. Young of the Township of Minisink County of Orange and State of New York being weak in body but of sound mind and memory thanks be given unto God thereof and calling to mind the mortality of my body and knowing that it is appointed unto all men once to die, Do make ordain constitute and appoint this my last will and testament that is to say principally and first of all I give and recommend my soul into the hand of God that gave and my body I recommend to the earth to be buried in a decent Christian like manner at the discretion of my Executors hereafter named, and as for my worldly estate wherewith it has pleased God to bless me with in this life, I do give and bequeath it in the manner and form following that is first I will that my debts be paid and I surthe will that what shall be left after Paying my debts of my property shall be at the disposal of my loving wife Amy as long as she shall remains my widow , and at her Death or Marriage I will and order that what shall remain shall be equally divided amongst my three daughters that is Emeline, Eliza & Rebeckah if they shall have arrive to the age of eighteen years if not the property to be and the care and Direction of my Executors until they shall arrive to the age of Eighteen years, and I do hereby nominate and appoint Isaac Young and Jonathan Wood to be the Executors of this my last will and Testament, and I do hereby Revoke and disannul and make void all other former wills Legacies or Dower by me here to for maid(sic) Ratifying and confirming this and no other to be my last will and testament In Witness whereof I have hereunto let my hand and seal the day and year first above written _ Signed Sealed and published by the said Thomas P. Joseph Elston Orange County NY: Be it Remembered that on the ninth day of March in the year of our Lord one Thousand eight hundred and nineteen personally appeared before me Edward Ely Surrogate of the County of Orange David Slauson and being duly sworn he did declare and say that he did see Thomas P. Young deceased sign and seal the paper writing then shown unto him purporting to be the last will and Testament of the said deceased, and heard him publish and declare the same as and for his last will and Testament, that at the time thereof he the said deceased was of sound and disposing mind and memory to the best of his knowledge and belief and that he together with Aaron W. Rundle and Joseph Elston subscribed their names thereto as witnesses in the presence of the Testator and in the presence of each other _ _ The preceding is a true Copy of the original Will of Thomas P.
