I also give and bequest to my said wife two hundred dollars to be paid out of my estate by my executors hereafter named. I give and bequest to my three daughters Mary, Ann Eliza, and Sally Jane each three hundred dollars to be paid out of my estate by my executors. I also give and bequest to my said daughters twenty-four shares of the Turnpike Stock which I hold in the Newburgh and Cochecton Turnpike Company to be divided equally between them. I give and bequest to my sons Henry and Coe my clock. All the rest and residue of my personal property of every description I give and bequest to my three sons Caleb, Henry, and Coe in the following proportions. One quarter to Caleb and the other three quarters to Henry and Coe equally. I give and devise to my sons Henry and Coe their heirs and assign forever all my right title and interest of in and to the undivided fourth part of lot of land number one in the first division of the Minisink Patent equally between them. I give and devise to my sons Joseph and James their heirs and assign forever all my right title and interest of in and to lot of land number six in the first division of the said Minisink Patent also lot of land number one in the seventh division of the same patent to be divided equally between them and also lot of land number fifteen in the first division of the same patent equally between them except the buildings erected thereon are to go and belong to Joseph or be on his part of the division. I give and devise to my sons Caleb, Henry, and Coe their heirs and assign forever the farm and tract of land on which I now live containing about three hundred acres of land more or less share and share alike upon their paying off all the legacies and sum of money before mentioned and also their paying all the debts which are now due against me or hereafter may become due against my estate. And lastly I hereby nominate, constitute, and appoint my three sons Caleb, Joseph, and Henry Dill and Joseph I. Houston executors to this my last will and testament hereby revoking all other wills by me made. And witness whereof I have hereto set my hand and seal this twelfth day of October in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and twenty-one signed, sealed, published, and declared as my last will and testament in the presence of and in the presence of each other Mr. Mulliner, Deborah Dill, James Dill.
