First I give and devise to my granddaughter Lillie M. Annis daughter of my son Joshua R. Annis and to her heirs and assigns All that parcel of land lying in the Town of Albion in Orleans County New York, part of Lot number eighteen in Township number Fifteen, Range one of the Holland Purchase which I now own which was deeded to me by Ambrose Boardman. Deed recorded in Orleans County Clerks Office in Book 22 of Deeds, page 102, estimated at about thirty three acres more or less, subject to limitations + conditions as follows. That I give the use controls, possession produce, income and profit to be derived from the land above referred to to my son Joshua for his own use, until my said granddaughter Lillie M. Annis shall attain to full age of twenty one years. After she shall attain to the age of twenty one years I give said land and all its income produce, and profits to said Lillie for her use except if Judith Owen, who has resided many years in my family, or my son Joshua R. or his wife Mary, or either of them shall at any time come to want and be without means of comfortable support and maintainance in that case I give them and each of them so in need, the net avails of the produce and use of said land to be used to supply as far as it would go, their said necessities. As long as said Judith Owen has a home & support as she now has in the family of my son Joshua, she will not be deemed to be in such want of support and maintainance. Second I give and bequeath all my personal estate to my son Joshua R. Annis and to his heirs and assigns absolutely. Third I hereby revoke all Wills by me heretofore made and I nominate and appoint my son Joshua R. Annis to be executor of this my last Will and Testament. Witness my hand and seal January 9 1879.
