Written: September 30 1864

In the name of God Amen!

I, Roxana Barber of the town of Kendall in the county of Orleans and state of 
New York, of the age of fifty eight years, and being of sound mind and memory, 
do make, publish and declare, this my last will and testament in manner 
following, that is to say.

First

I give and bequeath to all my estate of whatever name & nature to my children 
who are now living, viz, Eunice Rice, Mary B. Weeks, Eri Barber & Charles L. 
Barber, to be divided equally between them.

Second

If my sons Uri M. Barber and Ryan A. Barber are alive at the time of my death,
I give and bequeath to them equal shares of my estate with those of my heirs
first above mentioned.

Third and last

I appoint Zebulon Rice of Kendall aforesaid to be sole executor of this my
last will and testament.

In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this thirtieth day of 
September in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and sixty four.

The above instrument consisting of one sheet was at this date thereof signed,
sealed, published and declared by said Roxana Barber as and for her last will
and testament in presence of us, who at her request and in her presence, and
in the presence of each other, have affixed our names as witnesses thereto.
