Phelps District Cemetery, Rte. 17, Boylston, 
Oswego Co., NY

This small cemetery is located on County Rte. 17, in the town of Boylston.
It sits back from the road but is visible from the road.  It does not 
appear to be maintained on a regular basis. 

Small plot on old State Road running from Lorraine to Redfield, in the Phelps District

The tombstones in this cemetery were transcribed by Kathleen Last and
