Ernest Simons obit 1962
Fulton - Ernest Simons, 81, of RD 2., Fulton, town of Volney, died last night.
Mr. Simons was born in Pennelvile and had resided in this area most of his 
life. 
He was a member of the Mt. Pleasant Methodist church and the order of 
Macabees. 
He was a retired farmer.
Surviving are his wife Mrs. Nina Baldwin Simons; two daughters Mrs. James 
LaFleur 
of Syracuse and Mrs. Clement Hutton of RD 2 Hannibal; two sons Fowler E of 
Volney 
and Edward of Southeast Oswego; three sisters, Mrs. Fred Haughwout of 
Rochester, 
Mrs. Haynes Snyder of Rd 2 Fulton and Mrs. Ethel Smith of RD (?) Oswego; two 
brothers, 
Carl of Fulton and Lawrence Simons of Volney; several nieces and nephews and 
several 
grandchildren.
Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday at 10:30 a.m. in the Springer 
funeral 
home with Rev. Harold Pen??? pastor of Mt. Pleasant church officiating. Burial 
will 
be in Mt. Pleasant cemetery.
