Last Will and Testament-
     I Sarah Hennesey of Oswego, Oswego County, N.Y. do make, ordain, publish 
and declare this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following, that 
is to say:

First:- I desire the payment of my Just debts, if any, and my funeral
expenses.

Second.-Unto my Husband Thomas Hennessey of Oswego, Oswego County, N.Y. I give 
devise and bequeath my farm in the town of Oswego in said County and State 
situate on the public highway known as the Rathbun Road in said town, and unto 
my son Joseph Hennesey my house and lot-number 237 West 6th Street in said
city of Oswego. And unto my said son Joseph I also give devise and bequeath
all the rest residue or remainder of my estate both real and personal
wheresoever the same may be at the time of my death.

Likewise, I make constitute and appoint my said son Joseph Hennessy of Oswego
in the county of Oswego and state of New York sole said executor of this my
last Will and Testament hereby revoking all former wills by me made. 

In Witness Whereof. I have hereunto subscribed my name and affixed my Seal the
Fifteenth day of December in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred
and ninety five.

The above partly written and printed instrument was subscribed by the said
Sarah Hennessy in our presence and acknowledged by her to each of us: and she
at the same time declared the above instrument so subscribed to be her last
will and Testament and so at her request have signed our names as witnesses
hereto in her presence and in the presence of each other and written opposite
our names our respective places of residence.
