County of Oswego, New York Will Book Vol. # 1-250 Written: April 18 1890 Recorded: March 10 1898 The last Will and Testament of Hannah Hoyt of the town of West Monroe, County of Oswego and State of New York. I Hannah Hoyt, aware of the uncertainty of life, do make ordain, publish and deem this my last Will and Testament in the manner and form following. The is to say: First.-After all the expenses of my sickness and death and burial and a suitable monument erected in memory of my Father and Mother. Brother Elias S. Hoyt and myself on half of expense, shall be taken out of my property for the monument. Second.-I give and bequeath to Clara Bell Shrader daughter of William Shrader, one feather bed and bedding. Third.-To Nellie Contriman one feather bed and bedding. Fourth.-To James E. Fuller son of William one bed and bedding and pillows. Fifth.-To Otis Fuller - son of William Fuller, our large book ---- of the bible. Sixth: To Anna Murphy the best counterpans. Seventh.-All my wearing apparel shall be especially divided between my sister Phebe and my nieces, Ruth A. Sedgwick and Betsey C. Fuller. And the rest of my household goods and personal property - Elias S. Hoyt-shall have ---use of the same during his life and after his death shall belong as Ruth A. Sedgwick. Eighth: I give all the rents use and profits of my real estate to my brother Elias S. Hoyt-during his life. Ninth. After the death of my brother Elias, I give to my sister Phebe three hundred dollars out of my real estate. In case my sister Phebe should die before my decease, then the three hundred dollars shall be equally divided between Ruth A. Sedgwick and Betsey C. Fuller. Tenth. I give three hundred dollars to Ruth A. Sedgwick out of my real estate. Eleventh.-I give to Betsey C. Fuller 700 hundred dollars out of my said real estate. Twelfth.-After paying the above mentioned payments if there should be any monies or property left it shall go to Ruth A. Sedgwick. It is further provided that the sums of money to be paid to Phebe and Ruth and Betsey and not to be paid until after the death of my brother Elias. Likewise I appoint Ruth A. Sedgwick to be the sole executor of my last Will and Testament hereby revoking all former wills by me made.
