Hoyt of the town of West Monroe County of Oswego and State of New York. I, George C. Hoyt do make, ordain, publish and declare this to be my last Will and Testament, in manner and form following, that is to say: First,-That is to say after all my lawful debts are paid discharged and satisfied. First,-I give and bequeath to my beloved wife Fanny Hoyt all my personal property absolute. Second,-I give and bequeath to my wife Fanny the use, benefits and profits of all my real estate during her natural life for her support, and maintainance. Third,-After the death of my wife I give to my children Wilber Hoyt, Jane A. Flower, Albert O. Hoyt, Amanda M. Graves, Phebe C. Whitlow, my farm that I now reside upon of about sixty five acres of land situated in the town of West Monroe, to be equally divided among my children share and share alike among them except my daughter Zada E. Baird to who I conveyed a small piece of land of about eighteen acres and known as the Michel Fritcher farm as her share of all of real estate. Likewise, I make, constitute and appoint my wife Fanny Hoyt and Almon R. Fuller to be the executors of this, my last Will and Testament, and I hereby revoke all former wills by me made. In Witness Whereof, I have hereunto subscribed my name and affixed my seal the day of January in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and ninety seven. George C. Hoyt L. S. The foregoing instrument was at the date thereof subscribed by George C. Hoyt and testator therein named, in the presence of us and each of us, he at the time of making such subscription acknowledged that he executed the same, and declared the said instrument so subscribed by him to be his last Will and Testament.
