MILITARY SERVICE INDUCTION RECORD
My father, Charles J. Kutscher, was inducted into the Army, not enlisted. If I 
am sending this information to the wrong archive, would you let us know? Here

place of entry into service: NY, NY; local board: 284; county and state: 
Queens, NY
date of active service: January 7, 1943
army serial number: 32 702 496
grade: PFC; arm of service: CA; Component: AUS; organizationL 945 AA BN
date of separation: 1/14/1946
occupation after discharge: garment checker

We have more information on his discharge paper (although that is our only 
source). If you want anything else, please let us know.
