Item: I give, devise and bequeath unto Mary Hilton my Granddaughter, the sum of Twenty Pounds, New York Monies, to be put to Interest by my Executors, and to her paid when she comes of age or at her day of Marriage, which shall first happen. Item: I give, devise and bequeath the one equal half part of all the remainder of my Estate to my Daughter, Mahitable Hilton, to hold to her, her heirs and assigns forever. And in case of her Death before me, I give what I have before given to her unto her children share and share alike and to their heirs and assigns forever. Item: I will order and direct that my Executors, herein after named, put the other half of the remainder of my Estate to Interest, and do will that in case my Daughter Mary Thorn survives her husband James Thorne, that then my Executors pay the same Principal and Interest herein beore intended for my said Daughter Mary Thorn to such of her Daughters as shall be living at the time of her Death to whom in such case I devise the same share and share alike but I do will that if any of the daughters of my said Daughter Mary Thorn be dead at that time having left children, that such child or children shall be entitled to the mother's share. Lastly, I nominate constitute and appoint my said Daughter Mahitabel Hilton and my Grandson John Hilton Executors of this my last Will and Testament and I do hereby revoke all Wills & Testaments by me made.
