AFFADAVIT FOR APPLICATION OF PENSION OF ALDRICH ADHEMAR
For the Department of the Interior
Pension Affairs of Washington D.C.

This is to certify that ALDRICH ADHEMAR Co G 93 NY Vols.was personally known to me. That as his
Doctor I attended him during his last sickness and that according to the Physician Certificate
for burial, he died of Paralysis,April 20, 1888. I officiated at his burial April 22,1888.
AMELIA ADHEMAR also personally known to me is acknowledged as his lawful wife.

According to the Parish Records of ST MARKS CHURCH, Hoosick Falls MALANA their daughter was
baptised Jan 3 1854 born March 4 1853  and that Miss RHODA THAYER and SALMON MOSES were
sponsors.
