Recorded December 19, 1833 In the name of God Amen, I George Clickner of the Town of Brunswick County of Rensselaer and State of New York, being of weak in body, but of Sound and perfect mind and memory, blessed be Almighty God for the Same, do make and publish this my last Will and Testament, in the manner and form following, that is to say. First, I give and devise unto my Son William Clickner all my freehold Estate to him the said William his heir and assignes to have and hold forever. I also give and bequeath unto my son John Clickner fifty dollars. I also give and bequeath unto each of my daughters the Sum of Forty one Dollars and fifty eight cents, namely, Margaret the widow of David Patlow, Mary the wife of Jacob Boomhour, Sarah the wife of Henry Barger, Eve the wife of Michael Boomhour, and Fiona the wife of Gerrit Barkman. I also give and bequeath unto my Grand daughter Angelica Kilmer, daughter of William Kilmer, the sum of forty one Dollars and fifty Eight cents; And I order my said son William to pay the above said several sums as legacies to my above mentioned son John and several named daughters and grand daughter three years after my decease. I also give and bequeath unto my grand daughter Angelica aforesaid a good bed and beding one cow and three sheep, to be delivered to her immediately after my decease, and the remainder part of my household furniture I give and bequeath unto my five daughters and grand daughter above named equally to be divided between them, And lastly as to all the rest residue and remainder of my personal Estate goods and chattels of what kind and nature I own I give and bequeath unto my said son William. And lastly I appoint my son John and Daniel Simmon my Executors of this last Will and Testament. Hereby revoking all former Wills by me made. In witness whereof I have here set my hand this first day of September in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and Eighteen. Signed, Sealed and published and declared by the above named } George Clickner to be his last Will and Tsetament in the presence } George Clickner SS of us who hereunto subscribed by our names as witnesses in } the presence of the Testor - } William Hall, Adam Clickner Junior, Daniel Simmons State of New York County of Rensselaer SS Be it remembered that on the Nineteenth day of December in the year of our Lord one thousand Eight hundred and Thirty three, personally appeared before me, Philip Viele Surrogate of the said County of Rensselaer, Daniel Simmons one of the subscribing Witnesses of the Will of George Clickner late of the Town of Brunswick in said County deceased, who being duly sworn declared that he did see the said George Clickner execute the annexed Will and Testament purporting to be the last Will and Testament of the said George Clickner bearing the date the first day of September in the year of our Lord one thousand Eight hundred and Eighteen, and heard him publish and declare the same as and for his last Will and Testament; that at the time thereof the said George Clickner was of sound disposing mind and memory to the best of the knowledge and belief of the said Daniel Simmons and that he the said Daniel together with William Hass and Adam Clickner Junior the other witnesses to the said will seonally subscribed their hands and names to the said Will as witnesses thereto in the presence of the Testator and each other.
