Lape aged fifty five years & upwards being desirous to discharge the duty which every man owes to his family by making such provisions for the distribution of my property as shall be just & equitable do make publish & declare this my last Will and Testament as follows: First. I give and devise to my two sons John T. and William all my Real Estate situate in the town of Brunswick on which I am reside & as I now occupy the same which farm is particularly described in a conveyance of John G. Van Doshyden (?) to me and also one other parcel of land is wood situate in the town of Grafton being part of the farm formerly owned by Adam Coons & said to contain about ten acres of land be the same more or less excepting however a small parcel out of the first mentioned farm which I hereby devise to my son Henry be the same parcel by him occupied the last year past being the most northerly part of said farm in consideration of said devise to my said two sons John T. and William they shall pay all legal demands against me at the time of my decease & pay all legacies & perform all auctions hereinafter mentioned & contained. Article 2. I also give bequeath to my two sons John T. and William all my personal property excepting house hold furniture beds bedsteads & bedding. Article 3. I give & bequeath to my son Henry six hundred fifty dollars payable at the expiration of one year after my decease. Article 4. I give & bequeath to my two daughters Christina M. & Elizabeth E. each five hundred dollars to become payable to each one Hundred Dollars at the expiration of one year after my decease & the remaining four Hundred Dollars to each at the expiration of two years thereafter. Article 5. I give & bequeath to my two daughters Fanny A. & Margaret each five Hundred Dollars as they finally arrive at the age of twenty one years. Article 6. I give & bequeath to my two sons Frederick A. a & Jacob each one thousand Dollars, five hundred thereof to each as they finally arrive at the age of twenty one years & the remaining five Hundred Dollars to each at the expiration of the term of one year thereafter. Article 7. It is my Will & I direct that my household furniture beds bedsteads & bedding be equally divided between my said four daughters. I further direct that in case the marriage of my two daughters Fanny A. & Margaret or either of them they shall each have a reasonable outset in proportion to the outset of my other two daughters already by me furnished. Article 8. I will & direct that my two sons Frederick A. and Jacob remain with my two sons John T. & William as members of their family both by them decently supported in all things necessary in health & sickness & to be sent to a good common school until they respectively arrive at the age of sixteen years. Article 9. It is my will & I further direct that all my minor or infant children at the time of my decease shall be supported as mentioned in the 8th Article hereof until they respectively arrive at the age of twenty one years if they choose or so elect & my daughters until they should marry. Lastly I appoint my two sons Henry and John T. & my son in law George Brust Junr Executors of this my last Will & Testament.
