MURPHY Richard M. Murphy, age 55 died at his home on Friday, February 18, 2005. Born in Staten Island, NY he lived in Oakland, NJ for the past 28 years. Richard was a Lieutenant with the Port Authority of NY and NJ Highway Patrol Division of the George Washington Bridge. He retired in 2002 after 31 years of service. He was a parishioner of Our Lady of Perpetual Help R.C. Church of Oakland, NJ and a member of the Oakland Elks Lodge 2167. He is survived by his beloved wife Suzanne (nee Gadin), his two loving daughters Donna Del Valle of Sparta NJ and Jennifer S. Murphy-De Simone, Esq. of Butler, NJ, his loving son-in-laws, Michael Del Valle and Michael De Simone, his dear mother Margaret Murphy (nee Wisner), and his two grandchildren AJ and Alessandra Ciannin.
