In the first place, I will that all my just debts and funeral expenses shall be paid as soon as conveniently may be by my executors and executrix herein after namedout of any moneys I may be possessed of at the time of my decease, and for want of sufficient money to pay off the same I do authorise my executors and executrix or a majority of them of which majority I will that my executrix shall be one, to sell and dispose of any of my real estate and thereby to raise money to pay and satisfy my said debts. Secondly I give and bequeath to my wife Gertrude all my estate both real and personal as I shall possess and enjoy the same at the time of my decease to be possessed occupied and enjoyed by her during the time she shall remain my widow, excepting nevertheless my farming utensils and cattle all of which I give and devise to my sons John Oblenis and William Oblenis to be equally divided between them share and share alike and to their heirs and assigns forever. Thirdly I will and devise that all my estate both real and personal which shall be left or remaining at the time of my deceased wife shall be equally divided share and share alike between my said two sons John and William avove named or in the case of the death of ether of my said sons leaving lawful heirs then the division to be made between the survivor and the heirs of the deceased, the heirs receiving the part the father would have received if he had been living, to have and to hold the same to the said John and William and to their heirs and assigns forever. Lastly I do hereby nominate and appoint my wife Gertruyde executrix and my two sons John Oblenis and William Oblenis executors of this my last will and testament hereby annulling and making void all former wills or wills by me heretofore made, ratifying and confirming this to be my last will and testament. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed my seal this eleventh day of July in the year of our Lord One Thousand Eight Hundred and twenty-five.
