This Indenture made this twenty fifth day of March in the year of our Lord one
thousand eight hundred fifty-two (1852) between William Annable and Sarah is
wife of the Town and County of Saratoga and State of New York of the first
part and Ezra Munger of the Town of Stillwater and state aforesaid of the
second. WITNESSETH that the said party of the first part for and in
consideration of the sum of three thousand five hundred ( $3,500) dollars
current lawful money of the state of New York to  have in hand paid at or
before the ensealing and delivery of these presents by the said party  of the
second part the receipt whereof the said party of the first part do hereby
knowledge and thereof release the said party of the second part his heirs
executors and administrators forever have granted bargained sold aleined
remised released enfeoffed and confirmed and by these presents hereunto do
grant bargain sell remise release enfeoff and confirm unto the said party of
the second part his heirs and assigns forever all that certain farm or parcel
of land situate in the town of Stillwater aforesaid and is bounded and
described as follows (viz) Beginning at the Cedar post at in the ground at the
Southwest corner of David Benedicts farm and running thence South thirty-one
(31)degrees west twenty-five (25) chains and fifty (50)links to the north line
of land of Nathaniel Arnold thence north twenty-nine (29) degrees and thirty
(30) minutes west twenty-eight chains and twenty-eight (28) links to the South
east corner of land of John Hart, thence north twenty-two (22) degrees east
twenty one (21) chains and fifty-eight (58) links to the south line of lands
of Alvah W. Hart thence south seventy-six degrees east thirty-two chains and
seventy-six links to the place of beginning Containing seventy-three (73)
acres, three  roods and five rods of land be  the same more of less.  Also one
other piece or parcel of land within the Town of Stillwater aforesaid formally
known as Weston lot Beginning at a Cedar posts standing at the Southwest
corner of David Benedict's farm running north 13 degrees 50 minutes East
nineteen (19) chains 50 links along the west line of of said Benedict's farm
to a cedar post sit in the ground thence south eight-nine (89) degrees west
twenty (20) chains to won't to to the a cedar post at in the ground thence
south seventeen (17) degrees and fifty three (53) minutes west fourteen (14)
degrees east twenty (20) chains and fifty nine (59) links to the place of 
beginning Containing thirty-four (34) acres and one forth (1/4) of an acre of
land to the same more or less together with all singular the hereditaments and
apperterances unto the said premises in any wise appertaining or belonging.
