This Indenture made this second day of May in the year of our Lord one
thousand eight hundred and thirty three between Israel Baker and his wife
Margaret and William Baker and his wife Elvina and Elisha Baker and his wife
Lydia and Abraham Baker and his wife Mary and Caleb Baker and Ruben Baker and
Johathan Dean and his wife Sarah and Benjamin Duel and his wife Phebe and
George Duel and his wife Mary of the first part and Isaac Freeman of the
second part.

Witnesseth that the said party of the first part for and in consideration of
the sum of four thousand dollars of lawful Money of the Untied States to them
in hand paid at or before the meeting and delivery of the premises by the said
party of the second part the  ____ whereof is hereby confessed and
acknowledged have bargained, sold, aliened revised released conveying
__________ enfoeffed and confirmed and by these premises do grant bargain sell
alien premise convey assign enfeoff and confirm fully freely and absolutely
unto the said party of the second part and to his hairs and assign forever 
All that certain piece or parcel of land situate lying and being in the town
of Stillwater, County of Saratoga  and State of New York and described and
bounded as follows (viz) Beginning at the northeast corner of lot No sixteen
of the grand Division of the Saratoga Patent known in the Subdivision of said
lot by the name of farm number four and at the north west corner of farm
number three and runs thence north twenty eight degrees and twenty minutes
west thirty four chains and sixty six links thence South thirteen degrees west
twenty four chains and twenty five links thence south eleven degrees west
fifteen chains fifty five links thence south seventy five degrees thirty
minutes East thirty five chains and forty links thence North eleven degrees
and thirty minutes East forty one chains to the place of beginning Containing
one hundred and forty one acres of land be the same more or less.  Together
with all and singular the appurtenances privileges and advantages whatsoever
unto the said _______ __________ and described premises in everywise
