Witnesseth that the said part of the first part for and in consideration of the sum of twenty six hundred dollars and forty-four dollars and fifty cents of lawful money of the United States to her in hand paid at or before the ensealing and delivery of these presents by the said party of the second part. The receipt whereof the said party of the first part doth hereby acknowledge and thereof doth release to the said party of the second part his heirs executors and administrators forever. Have granted bargained sold aliened remised released enfeoffed and confirmed and by these presents doth grant bargain sell alien remise release enfeoff and confirm unto the said party of the second part and to his heirs and assigns forever all that piece or parcel of land situate in the Town of Stillwater known by the name of Lott number one of the McBride farm. Beginning at the South East corner of lot No three in the subdivision of the great Lott 17 in the Grand division of the Saratoga Patent and running thence westerly along the said south line or bounds thereof. Twenty two chains and eighty links thence northerly parallel with the east line or bound of the said lot No. Three about forty-four (44) chains and eighty (80) links to the north line or bound of said lot No. 3 of the subdivision of the great lott No. 17 aforesaid thence along the same Easterly to the north East Corner thereof and thence along the East side of the same southerly to the place of the beginning. Containing ninety-seven (97.5) acres and a half of land. Also another piece of land Beginning at the North West owner of the Farm or lot leased to Benjamin Munger and running thence along the west line or bounds thereof north 15 degrees East 41 chains and 40 links to the North line or bounds of the before mention and subdivided lot No. 3 thence along the north line or bounds thereof westerly thirteen (13) chains and seventy-nine (79) links to the Place of Beginning.
