Davis an infant of the first part and Elizabeth M. Carrington, John W. Kidd and Stephen Kidd, all of Saratoga Springs, of the second part. Witness that the said Cornelius A. Davis who is an infant over the age of 14 yrs, having no general guardian and James W. Phillips as next friend of the said infant praying for a sale of the ???? and interest of the said infant in the real estate therein mentioned, whereas such. Court petitioned on 23 Mar 1844, James Davis was appointed guardian to Cornelius Davis for the sale and conveyance of the ???? interest of the said infant. All that piece of land in Saratoga Springs, about 3 Acres of Lot #2 in the subdivision of the lot distinguished by the letter A in the pet. of lot #5 of the XV general allotment of the Kay. Patent Beginning at the middle of the channel of the Kay. Creek, being the South West corner of lot #3.
