This Indenture made the ninth day of September in the year of our Lord one
thousand eight hundred and twenty eight Between Simeon De Rider of the Town of
Easton  County of Washington and State of New York and Mariah his wife of the
first part and Aaron Nights of the town of Stillwater County of Saratoga and
State aforesaid of the second part.  Witnesseth that the said parties of the
first part for and in consideration of the sum of One thousand Dollars to them
in hand paid at or before the ensealing and delivery of these presents by the
said party of the second part the receipt whereof is hereby confessed and
acknowledged have granted, bargained, sold, aliened, re______,      released,
conveyed, assigned, su    and confirm  and by these presents do grant,
bargain, sell, alein, remise, release, convey apire enfoff and confirm fully
and absolutely ____ the said party of the second part  in his actual 
possession now being  and to his heirs and assigns for ever All that farm and
lot of lands situate lying and being in the former town of Saratoga in the
County of Albany but now town of Stillwater County of Saratoga and the west
side of the river in lot number fifteen Beginning at the northwest corner of
the lands granted to Simeon Barber and runs north seventy-five (75) degrees
west thirty-eight (38) chains thence south two (2) degrees and thirty (30)
minutes east forty-five (45) chains and Seventy-five links thence south
seventy (70) degrees east twenty-two (22) chains and fifty (50) links thence
east seventy (70) degrees north forty-six (46) chains to the place where it
first began Containing one hundred and twenty eight (128) acres of land be the
same more of less the within deed is subject to all the conditions of a
certain lease executed by Killian De Ridder deceased to one Jesse Chatfield 
dated the  fifteenth day of June Seventeen hundred seventy two (1772) as by
reference  these to will more fully at large appears which said lease is not
in Possession of said Aaron Nights

Together with all and singular the appurtenances privileges and advantages
whatsoever unto the said above mentioned and described premises in any wise
appurtaining and belonging and the reversion and occesions remainder and
umaindsents  rents issues and profits thereof and also all the estate right
title interest property claim and demands whatsoever will in law as in equity
of the said parties of the
