Darius S Davis & William Davis of Sar County D S Davis & William Davis are justly 
Indebted to John K Beekman of NYC for $600.00 paid by a certain bond & obligation 
bearing over date for the penal sum of $1,200.00 conditioned for the payment for the 
sum of $600.00The said party of the second part for the sum of $1.00 Land in Sar Sps
 North part of land conveyed by Evert & Apraham Banker to Joseph Holler
     Beg at a hard maple stump & stones around it being the NW corner said Lot & 
from thence along the alotment line East 10 ch, South along the East line of land now 
of Daniel Goslinn 55 ch 25 links to the outer of the Kay Creek then up said creek to 
land now or late of Peter Foots 12 ch & 55 links, N 51 chains & 52 links to the place of
beg, containing 57 Acres & 1/2 of land  except leaving 10 acre as here to fore conveyed
by the party of the first part to the party of the second part and now the party of the
second part
