John K Beekman of N. Y. City for $ 300.00 land in Saratoga town, Saratoga Co the 
Kay. patent
     Beg on the E line of a small lot belonging to Peter Fort in the middle of the Kay.
Creek, thence along the E bounds North one deg. E. of of said Fort's land to the 
middle of the town road ___________ to fish creek 19 ch & 50 links East along said 
road 5 ch, S 1 deg W 21 ch to the middle of the Kay Creek., N 68 degrees West to the
place of beg. 10 Acrs
