Witness: Samuel Cook, Semeon Rieler Recorded 1815 by Eli Davis of Northumberland Book H, p. 390, 17 June 1810 Eli Davis & Thurza, his wife, of Northumberland, Saratoga County, sold to Harmon Gansevoort & Leonard H. Gansevoort of Northumberland for $700.00. Land being the North part of lot #6 of the smaller lots into which lot #2 of the subdivision of lot #13 of the 17th Allotment of the General Petition of the Kay. Patent. Beginning at a stake at the NE corner of the South part of lot #6 of which this is a part, thence along the N bounds, W 39 chains 20 links to a stake standing on the E bounds of lot #1, N 25 chains 65 links to a large beach tree marked #5 & 6 being the Sw corner of lot #5 of the smaller lots, along the South bounds, E 39 chains 20 links to a beach tree marked 5 & 6, standing on the west bounds of the 20th Allotment. South 25 chains 65 links to the place of beginning, except the South ½ part of the above land conveyed by Eli Davis to Edmund Davis.
