24 Jan 1808 Eleazar Davis or Dows and Linda, his wife, of Charlton sold unto Robert Benidict
Jr. of Charlton for the sum of $350.00.  Land in Charlton lot #5 of the 5,000 Acre tract which
was to be set apart for the dispensing the expense of the survey of the general partition of
the Kay. Patent.

Beginning at a stake in the center of the highway running South from the said Benidicts house,
containing 1 Acre of land.

North 17 rods 7 links to a stake in the center of the highway that runs past the meeting or
netting  house, containing 9 rods 5 links. Witnesses: Jonathan R. Spencer
