Land in Stillwater being lot #5 of lot #17 Book C p.185, 3 Apr 1804 Henry Davis & Mary, his wife, of Halfmoon sold to James Barber of Halfmoon for the sum of $1,500.00. Land in Stillwater being part of lot #16 and part of the farm leased by Philip Schuyler unto Samuel Cooper in the grand division of the Saratoga Patent beginning at a corner of the line nearly opposite the Store House of Henry Davis where the road that leads through the farm, now in the possion of Samuel Cooper, crosses the road that leads to Bemuses land being the Southern most part of the said Coopers farm, running from the corner North along the East side of the road, containing 1 Acre Witness: J.
