Ichobod Davis of Argyle, Washington County, New York to Abijah Stevens of Milton.  Abijah
Stevens is bound unto Ichobod Davis for $3,200.00. ??? condition for the payment of $1,600.00
as in and by the said bond.  Land in the town of Milton, being part of the West ½ of lot #8 of
the XIV Allotment of the Kay. Patent.

The farm by which Luther Calkins did seized, North East by Silas Adams land, South by Steven
