Morgaged 8 June 1812 by James Davis and Enoch Davis of Saratoga, Saratoga, New 
York of the first part to Barent Bleeker of Albany, Albany, New York, merchant of the 
second part (in his actual possesion now being) and to his heirs and assigned forever.  
That certain farm, piece of land situated in Saratoga, Saratoga, New York.  Lot #3 of the 
subdivision of the lot distinguised by the letter A in lot #5 of the 15 General Allotment of 
the bounds of the patent of Kayaderusscras and is bounded as follows.
     Beginning at a stake and heap of stones being the North East corner of lot #2 of said 
subdivision, thence along the north bounds thereof West 16 chains and 33 links to a stake 
and heap of stones standing in the East bounds of lot #VI of said allotment, thence along 
the same North 39 chains and 98 links to a stake and heap of stones standing in the South 
bounds of the 16 allotment of said patent, thence along the same East 16 Chains, 33 links 
to a stake and heap of stones, being the Northwest corner of the lot B in lot VI thence 
along the West bounds thereof, South 39 chains 98 links to the place of beginning and 
containing 65 1/3 Acres for $876.00 in six equal annual payments of $146.00
