$2,440.00 & 31 cents
     All the Northern half of Lot # 10 in the subd of lot #23 of the 2nd land division of Saratoga 
patent made in 1750 and bounded as follows
     NW Corner of lot #9 W 68 ch 50 links along sub Lot #23 to the N. E corner of lot #11, S. 11 
chains 25 links, E 68 ch 50 links, N 11 ch 25 links, E 68 ch 50 links, N 11 ch 25 links to the place 
of beginning
