     James Davis and Hannah his wife, Enoch Davis and Hannah his wife of Saratoga 
County, NY, sold to John Davis of Saratoga County, NY for the sum of $1.00 Land in 
Saratoga Springs, Saratoga County, NY.  Being lot #2 in the subdivision distinguished by 
the Letter A in the partition of lot #5 of the 15 general allotment of the Kay. Patent.
     Beginning at the middle of the channel of the Kay. Creek being South bounds, thereof 
East 16 chains 33 links to the Southeast corner of the channel of the creek, in the West 
bounds of the lot distinguished by the letter B, thence along the same North 323 chains 
29 links to a stake, West 16 chains and 33 links to a stake standing on the East bounds of 
lot #6, South 32 chains and 29 links to the place of beginning.
15 Acres 17 rods or the 1/3 equal part of the above.
