Book 8 p.32, 10 Jan 1814 Miel Davis & Mary, his wife of Milton, Saratoga County morgaged to
John Blood of Laurent, Otsego County for $350.00, land in Milton.

Beginning at a stake standing in the North West corner of a lot of land, this day conveyed by
John Blood & Mary his wife to Abner Mosiers, from thence North on the West line of land
belonging to Enos Gregory and William Hackens???, 19 chains 68 links to a stake, East on the
South line of Zephaniah?? Waring, 25 chains 40 links to a stake, South 19 chains 68 links to a
stake, West on the North line of Mosiers land, 25 chains 50 links to the place of beginning,
containing 50 Acres of land. Witness: Daniel Thomas
