Benson of Saratoga County for $650.00.  Land is part of lot #5 of the smaller lots into which
lot #1 in the subdivision of lot #6 in the 21st allotment of the Kay. Patent.

Beginning at the North West corner of lot #4 running South 18 degrees, East 10 chains, North 73
degrees & 2 minutes, East 10 chains, North 18 degrees, West 10 chains, South 73 degrees & 2
minutes, West 10 chains to the place of beginning, containing 10 Acres of land. Witness: Daniel
